What exactly is included in $200/month?
Build, hosting, maintenance, and unlimited edits/support for normal contractor site updates.
Do I pay anything upfront?
No. The standard offer starts at $0 upfront, then $200/month once you're ready to show the world your site.
What about domain names?
We can register and manage your domain for you, or connect and use a domain you already own. Custom domains are billed yearly based on the registrar price, rounded up to the nearest $5.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Minimum 6 month agreement, then month to month continuation.
What happens if I cancel?
Without a file buyout, the hosted site is taken offline. Buyout terms can be included in your agreement.
How does the design process work?
You review a fast concept first. If it’s not a fit after revisions, a satisfaction guarantee cancellation is available.
I am not a contractor. Can you still build my website?
Yes. HyprSites is focused on contractors, but we can also take on other businesses and even individuals.
Do you only work in Calgary?
No. Calgary is home base, and HyprSites works with contractors across Alberta and nearby markets.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee during the initial design phase. If we cannot get your site to a point where you are happy, we refund any amount paid up to that point and cancel the contract. We want you to be happy with your site and we work with you to make that happen.
What do you mean by unlimited edits?
Unlimited content edits means you can request as many content edits as needed in your subscription plan. This does not include major design changes, but we still work closely with you to keep the site aligned with your goals. Full redesign options are available every 2 to 3 years depending on package.
